ABOUT THE LOVE RIDE

Love Ride® began in 1984 as a grassroots motorcycle event driven by a simple mission: to support those less fortunate. Over the decades, it evolved into one of the most respected single-day motorcycle charity events in the world, attracting as many as 20,000 participants at a single event and raising more than $25 million for a wide range of great causes.

Celebrities like Peter Fonda, Brian Cranston, Robert Patrick, Dennis Hopper, Ann Margret, Nancy Sinatra, Lorenzo Lamas, Willie G. Davidson, Larry Hagman, Lindsay Wagner, and many more have joined tens of thousands of riders from across Southern California to make a lasting impact.

Now entering Love Ride 35 edition in 2026, the event continues its legacy with renewed momentum, expanded community support, and a clear focus on helping veterans, first responders, and youth-focused nonprofit initiatives.

The Love Ride Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Oliver Shokouh. Its mission is to raise funds for organizations that improve lives through health, education, emergency support, and community-driven programs for veterans, first responders, and children. It supported the Muscular Dystrophy Association for 16 of the 35 editions.
